This policy explains how LinkTown.com.sg (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and discloses personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Personal data we collect

When you submit a form on this website, we collect your name, email address, mobile number and any message you choose to include. We also record the page you submitted from and the time of your consent. Like most websites, we collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, which uses cookies. To understand which of our pages and campaigns are useful, the website also remembers, in your browser, how you first arrived (for example, the search engine, advert or link you came from, and the first page you visited), and sends this with your enquiry. This helps us improve our website and marketing and is not used for any other purpose.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and send you the information you asked for, such as e-brochures, floor plans, price lists and preview invitations
To contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about the project you enquired about and related new launches, where you have consented

3. Do Not Call (DNC) Registry

By ticking the consent box, you give clear and unambiguous consent to be contacted at the number you provided, even if it is listed on the DNC Registry. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the licensed salesperson and estate agency handling your enquiry. We may also share it with service providers who help us run this website, such as hosting and email delivery, under confidentiality obligations. We disclose it to authorities when the law requires.
